Cash is our APHA buckskin tobiano colt. He will be our breeding stud in a few years - and an awesome one he will be! He has a great deal of running blood and foundation horses on his papers with several references back to Three Bars, Leo, King and Rey. His sire has some racing points and 30 days professional cutting training and will chase a cow. This colt has it all - breeding, build, color and brains. He was a pasture baby when we picked him up and weaned him from his mama. He warmed up to us and we had him halter broke in no time. We are just so excited to have found him!

Pearl is a 3 year old medicine hat bay tovero filly with two blue eyes and eyeliner. Granddaughter of APHA halter and western pleasure champion Mr Sky High and Freckles Treasure. She is new to our place. She is small and will hopefully grow a little more, but should make a nice brood mare. Pearl would be a great little horse for a kid. As soon as time permits, I plan on starting her under saddle.
*UPDATE* Pearl has been bred to a mammoth jack for a February 09 mule foal.

Lady is a beautiful bay tobiano mare with some barrel training. We started training a few years ago but as much as I like it, I just don't have the time. Lady has Tardy Too, Leo San, Top Deck breeding.

Smoothie is a sorrel tobiano mare tested homozygous for tobiano. She is in foal to a Skipper W bred QH for a February 2008 foal. With her size (short & stocky) and her race and cow breeding, she should produce some nice roping horses.

Dunn Up Smooth

This is our latest investment. She is a nice, big black and white mare with some good running and foundation bloodlines. She should make some nice running/rodeo foals crossed with Cash (when he's old enough). Our problem now is that we have two Smoothies. What are the chances of that? I mean how common is the name Smoothie for a horse? I guess we'll have to come up with a new barn name for this one.

Rebel & Lightning
The boys playing with the jolly ball. Rebel is a QH/morgan cross and Lightning "Pocos Painted Bull" is a registered sorrel tobiano APHA #328664. Rebel is the only one we have that's not registered, but he's my boy. He's worth as much to me as the papered ones. They have both had a little barrel training and Lightning has been roped off of a few times. We have had these boys for several years.
